RICK RALSTON

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Rick Ralston has served as the CEO of Contract Logix since July 2017.

Rick has over 35 years’ experience in various engineering, operations, and leadership roles including as the COO of iProspect, President & CEO of KeyCentrix, and Managing Director of IT Operations at Koch Industries. Rick has founded, cofounded, or held senior positions in over a dozen successful entrepreneurial ventures and enjoys helping startups get traction and growth phase businesses climb to the next level.

He holds an MBA from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and is an Advisory Board Member of AMD Global Telemedicine.

TIMOTHY DONAGHY

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Tim has been with Contract Logix since 2006 and was on the founding team during the initial product concept phase. As the CTO, Tim leads all Product and Technology direction for the company. He has crafted the vision for what has become an industry leading SaaS platform.

Tim is a well-known industry expert, speaker, and author in the field of contract lifecycle management. Prior to Contract Logix, Tim held senior marketing, product management, sales, and technology leadership roles at Intellisoft Group and Contour Design; and in the U.S Navy where he served on nuclear submarines.

JIM AVERILL

VICE PRESIDENT, CUSTOMER SUCCESS

Jim Averill has served as Vice President of Customer Success since June 2018 where he oversees the onboarding, training, and ongoing support of all Contract Logix customers.

Jim joined Contract Logix in 2011 and has led numerous internal and external teams developing and implementing robust customer-centric solutions. Jim has over 20 years’ experience in software engineering and customer-facing positions including senior roles at Tyco and Retail Expert. Jim has a thirst for collecting and analyzing complex data to help shape and drive a superior customer experience.

He holds a BA from University of Massachusetts Amherst.

WAYNE FOSTER

SENIOR DIRECTOR, PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

Wayne Foster oversees all product development, defines the market requirements, and manages the product release process.

Wayne has spent the last three decades perfecting the art of product management having held senior roles at renowned financial firms Charles River Development and Fidelity Investments as well as at heavily technology focused firms eCopy/Nuance and Xerox Imaging Systems. Wayne tirelessly keeps the product’s Agile development on schedule and delivering maximum value to the end user.

He holds an MBA from Boston College Wallace E. Carroll Graduate School of Management and a BS in Imaging Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

JEREMY HARP

DIRECTOR, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Jeremy Harp leads all security, compliance, and information technology at Contract Logix. In this capacity, he diligently drives our NIST, PCI, HIPAA, GDPR, and many other critical initiatives.

Jeremy has been with Contract Logix since 2015 and has held several leadership roles including leading implementation services and solutions delivery. Jeremy has over 20 years of professional software development and IT experience.

KAREN HOWE

DIRECTOR, TRAINING

Karen Howe leads the charge for all things customer training and on-boarding. Karen has been instrumental in the Contract Logix product vision and direction and brings with her many years of customer facing interactions to guide us.

Karen has been with Contract Logix for over 15 years where she’s been dedicated to the educational needs of our customers, helping users of all levels get the most from their experience with the software. She has a background in classroom training, technical writing, e-learning and video production and has worked in industries as varied as health care and publishing.

She holds a BA in English from Binghamton University.

DAVID PARKS

DIRECTOR, PRODUCT MARKETING

Dave Parks manages the company’s overall marketing strategy and initiatives including product marketing, demand gen, digital, content, and public relations.

Dave has over two decades of strong product and content experience having served in senior marketing roles with Progress, Ciena, Lucent, and Cascade Communications and as an industry analyst with the Yankee Group. Dave is a passionate marketer who loves creating content that answers people’s questions and delivers his audience value.

He holds a BS from Northeastern University.
