Our long tenure of providing intelligent and data-driven contract management solutions, coupled with our pursuit for the highest level of customer success, is a source of pride in our organization. As CEO, Karen leads strategy for the company and oversees all aspects of the business. Karen brings more than 20 years of SaaS experience building organizations to scale and drive growth. Prior to becoming Contract Logix’s CEO, Karen led Upland Software’s Global Customer Success organization. She led commercial and customer engagement teams for over a dozen products and played a critical role in driving Upland’s M&A and integration strategies leading to high growth and strong customer retention.
Karen also held executive leadership roles at Qvidian, a proposal and RFP automation provider, leading to the acquisition of the company in 2017. She has also held prior roles at Manulife Financial, eHealth and Imagine Software.
Karen holds a BS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Tim has been with Contract Logix since 2006 and was on the founding team during the initial product concept phase. As the CTO, Tim leads all Product and Technology direction for the company. He has crafted the vision for what has become an industry leading SaaS platform.
Tim is a well-known industry expert, speaker, and author in the field of contract lifecycle management. Prior to Contract Logix, Tim held senior marketing, product management, sales, and technology leadership roles at Intellisoft Group and Contour Design; and in the U.S Navy where he served on nuclear submarines.
David joined Contract Logix in June 2022 and is responsible for the revenue-related functions of the business, helping clients realize the full value of the company’s solutions.
David brings more than 30 years of domestic and international sales management experience in the enterprise software space. Before Contract Logix, David served as Vice President of Customer Success at RFPIO, responsible for customer adoption, retention, and growth. Prior to that, David was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at OpenSymmetry and has also held senior Sales and Global Operations leadership positions at Qvidian.
Dave Parks manages the company’s overall marketing strategy and initiatives including product marketing, demand gen, digital, content, and public relations.
Dave has over two decades of strong product and content experience having served in senior marketing roles with Progress, Ciena, Lucent, and Cascade Communications and as an industry analyst with the Yankee Group. Dave is a passionate marketer who loves creating content that answers people’s questions and delivers his audience value.
He holds a BS from Northeastern University.
Jeremy Harp leads all security, compliance, and information technology at Contract Logix. In this capacity, he diligently drives our NIST, PCI, HIPAA, GDPR, and many other critical initiatives.
Jeremy has been with Contract Logix since 2015 and has held several leadership roles including leading implementation services and solutions delivery. Jeremy has over 20 years of professional software development and IT experience.
