Lewis Miller Appointed as New Board Chairman of Contract Logix
LOWELL, MA – March 11, 2020 – Contract Logix, a leading provider of intelligent contract management software, today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Lewis Miller to the role of Board Chairman.
Miller is the founder and managing partner at ActionPoint Advisors whose focus is on helping SaaS technology firms drive growth and operational efficiencies. Miller has led and participated in several technology boards including The Reeher Group, Qvidian, Per Scholas, Forte Systems, Synergistics, and The Future Now.

Previously, Miller served as the CEO of Qvidian where he led the company into becoming a global leader in cloud-based RFP and Sales Proposal automation software with over 1,000 customers worldwide. During his tenure as CEO, Miller grew the company tenfold, acquired a competitor, consolidated nine products into one, and converted its software from on-prem to SaaS, all without additional investment capital. This led to a successful exit transaction with Upland Software and the formation of ActionPoint Advisors.
