Demand Generation Manager

Contract Logix is looking for a high-energy and self-starting Demand Generation Manager to own the strategy and execution of its marketing programs and campaigns. In this role, you will build and manage demand generation activities that help fill and accelerate the marketing and sales pipeline with inbound and marketing qualified leads. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you’ll collaborate and work closely with other members of the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to identify opportunities to generate awareness, interest, and demand for our SaaS solutions.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Build marketing programs and campaigns strategies targeted at our ideal customer profiles (ICPs) that create inbound and marketing qualified leads using channels like email marketing, paid and social media, webinars, and events. 
  • Develop and lead an account-based marketing plan for our key verticals. 
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Sales Development to design personalized email nurtures for new and existing leads. 
  • Copywrite compelling marketing communications and demand generation materials including social media posts, emails, webinar descriptions, landing pages, and banner advertisements. 
  • Own organic and paid social media activities to drive engagement, followers, and conversions. 
  • Responsible for webinar and digital event strategy and calendar. 
  • Manage 3rd party vendor relationships and projects. 
  • Partner with Sales team to understand their business needs and challenges and develop campaigns to support them.  
  • Closely track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and programs, including traffic and conversion statistics, lead generation, pipeline impact, and return on investment. 

Qualifications 

  • BS / BA degree is preferred but not required. 
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B software demand generation, preferably at a SaaS company. 
  • Proven success in programs and campaign project management. 
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot 
  • Solid copywriting and copyediting skills and ability to develop compelling messaging. 
  • Detail oriented individual that takes initiative to define and improve marketing campaign planning and execution. 
  • Ability to share examples of your prior work. 
  • Comfortable being on camera and working with a virtual and remote team. 
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
