Account Executive

Contract Logix is seeking a talented Account Executive to develop new customer relationships and expand existing customer accounts. This is a senior sales role that will be responsible for working with prospects and customers to identify and develop their software SaaS requirements and needs for contract lifecycle management (CLM). In this role, you will leverage our leading SaaS CLM Platform to demonstrate customer solutions, create compelling sales proposals, and negotiate contracts to win business. You will also be responsible for responding to RFPs/RFIs as required. This role will have the following responsibilities. 

Responsibilities

  • Sell Contract Logix – Develop leads to build and manage the overall pipeline of opportunities from inception to close (Discovery to Close). 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Success to close business. 
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations, proposals, or RFP/RFIs throughout the sales process. 
  • Own territory development and assigned accounts for new business and customer account expansions – including sales forecasting. 
  • Become a Contract Logix and Contract Lifecycle Management Expert (SME). 

Qualifications

  • Ability to generate, qualify and execute on new opportunities to exceed revenue targets. 
  • 5+ years of direct sales experience with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding assigned individual quotas.  
  • 3+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions in Contract Lifecycle Management, ERP, Document Management, Business Process Management, or related systems. 
  • Experience developing account plans and strategies collaboratively with customer success and professional services teams leading to expansion of customer relationships. 
  • Proven ability to articulate a vision and creative solutions that resonate and demonstrate value with customers and prospects   
  • Builds a trusted and long-lasting relationship with multiple customer executives   
  • Brings a strong understanding of business practices, industry trends, and competitors to each sales cycle   
  • Demonstrates passion and energy both externally with the customer and internally with cross-functional teams   
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed to win business
